This recipe has been one of my favorites recently! It seriously takes about 10 minutes to make and it is so versatile and healthy. Not to mention, it tastes AMAZING. You can obviously switch out whatever toppings you want to add, but this recipe has been my favorite!
Serving: 1 pizza
- Whole Wheat Tortilla
- Olive Oil
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Turkey Pepperoni
- Italian Seasoning
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees if you plan on placing your pizza in the oven. Otherwise, you can use a toaster oven!
Step 1: Put your tortilla in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften it up.
Step 2: Use your fingers and spread olive oil onto the tortilla. Then, sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top. Don’t put it away though, we are going to use more Italian seasoning later!
Step 3: Use a spoon and spread the pizza sauce all over the tortilla. You can use more or less depending on how saucy you like your pizza to be.
Step 4: Apply your toppings! I use mozzarella and turkey pepperoni to top mine!
Step 5: After your toppings are applied, sprinkle some more Italian seasoning on top to add more flavor!
Step 6: Place your pizza in a toaster oven or regular oven that is pre-heated to 350 degrees! Let it bake for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Stay close to your oven because the tortilla is super thin and cooks fast!
